Couldnt hear it. What I've read here is Danny could've attacked at the end but in the end North was the fool. That accurate? Mac and North gonna share a slurpy anytime soon? Has Mac commented about the interview and about North since? |

North just showed his true colors by side-stepping the questions and firing on Mac. What an ingrate. Chicago's top sports-talk show -- ratings wise -- lets you come on and speak. Mike repays Mac by taking shots. In Mike's world, no one is allowed to challenge his points. Just like Teddy G and Score management, Mike wasn't getting his way so he turned on the host. |

During the interview today, Mike made it sound like he's Mr. Hockey. When I think of in-depth hockey discussion, I immediately think of Mike North. Mike had Pierre Pilote on his former show a few months ago, and you could tell that North was reading directly off Pilote's bio. He should be show's hockey expert. |

Mac give Mike some very unwanted advice. Mac even couched it as "Unwanted advice from a friend" regarding North listening to the people and changing things up. North, in typical North fashion, started up with Mac about Mac's being suspended and how Mike is the nice guy and being how he is got him where he is. At that point Mac was ready to end it. Of course that same arguement could be used now to say his unwillingness to change has got him off the air. I would be very surprised to hear North back on MJH ever again, even though Danny said he would be there again. |

I found it pretty funny that Mike kept bringing up that he hadn't been suspended, making it almost sound like he's done nothing wrong on the air. Antonio Mora flap? Chinaman? How about Jagbag. I remember when they had to tone it down after the vile comments began floating through Ditka's. Mike never had an issue with the comments until dollar signs appeared. |

Mike's pronounciation of Jaomir Jagr's name is still a drop on B & B, it was that bad... |

It's the listener-participation bits that are part of the lifeblood of the show. Whether it's WYC, Critics at X-Large, Caning, Jagbag, Score Hello, We say you say, Big Doug or others, those pieces can be one of the most-entertaining parts of the broadcast. Mike was so upset that he didn't get a chance to thank the listeners, even though his willingness to take them out of his program helped hasten his departure. |

How about Mr. Basketball's pronunciation of Anderson Vera-a-ho? How about Mike's thoughts of Deng's place among the NBA's elite? |
