OOgie wrote: Who watches local sports news? And Giangreco is really good with Silvy and Waddle So good a certain 'fans station' should look into him having a morning show Too bad the bosses at "The SCORE" aren't listening to fans like you and me...They're not your father's sports radio station anymore since CBS Radio took over ownership in the '90s. |

If smarmy and too cool for the room is your cup of tea - you can have Giangreco. He's so witty, and hockey rules - just ask Marky Mark. I'll take Corey McPherrin, or however you spell his name. |

Levine does not work for the team, he is a beat reporter for the station. I would argue that he does not have a bias seeing as how he almost had an orgasm when the Sox won it. |

Corey McPherin is a Sox Fan and he shows it waaaaay too much for a supposedly un bias reporteer First of all: NEVER confuse a 'sports anchor' (aka prompter reader) with a 'REPORTER'. Reporters are unbiased and report facts. Anchors read off a screen. Second of all: After the Sox won the World Series I was talking to one of my buds who went down to Houston. He said Giangreco was staying at the same hotel, and the guy did nothing but bitch - wishing the Cubs would have gotten to the World Series a couple of years earlier. |

Was your buddy staying with Giangreco? If not, how did he know he did nothing but bitch about the Cubs not being there? |

Green Knight wrote: Levine does not work for the team, . That really is what Bruce would have you believe. Unfortunately he is a contributor to The Vine Line which is a production of the Chicago Cubs. He has a direct conflict of interest and ethics really demand that he divulge it each time he reports on the Cubs. |

Bruce is a "Contributing Writer" for Vine Line. so you can say he writes an article for the Cubs. Would not place him on the payroll. Bruce is creeping into Sam Smith ground, before Sam went to work for the Bulls, of the premiere reporter in his sport and gets some of the very best information. Right there with that guy from Boston, who is a HUGE Red Sox fan, but yet is the voice of baseball knolwedge, Peter Gammons. |

On Saturday, Bruce detailed that Tom Waddle's opinion of the Bradley signing should be dismissed because he is a Reds fan which makes him biased. I wonder if Carmen did not say anything because his jaw hit the floor or he was paying no attention. |

However he defends the White Sox almost as much as the Cubs so i dont really have a problem with it |
