I like Jurko. Today not so much. He broke a rule today. He put someone else's interest in front of his teammate. Or in other words - hung his teammate out to dry. And it implied a lack of trust/sympathy. Teammates should come first, especially when one took a fall for the team (pun intended) In the 3pm hour, he said to Harry - "Nobody forced you to get on the horse". While factual, I'm assuming there was a bit of hand wringing that went on and obligations set for HT to ride the horse. I'm no nostradamus (sp), but I had a sense when I heard it was going to happen, and thought that large men on fast horses are worse risks than an NFL player with a handgun in his sweats. Be that as it may, Jurko has no business calling HT out like that. HT got hurt, it could have been worse, and that subject should be off limits to jab at. HT did bring it up, which he shouldn't, but Jurko and Carm should stand by their teammate and move on. There's plenty of material to jab HT at, and this one, because of the injury, should have been backed by the crew, especially Jurko, who at times, talks about codes, rules and teammate behavior. ad |

Didn't hear it, but I couldn't disagree more. I think Jurko and Carmen -- and Silvy and Waddle for that matter -- went far too easy on Humpty Dumpty's great fall. The comedic potential was enormous and they passed on it. Haven't heard much lately and I haven't talked to any of the fellas, so I have no idea what the vibe has been lately. Whatever abuse Harry's taken for the horse thing, he asked for. What's his credo? Tragedy plus time, I believe. |

Yeah...That sounds like jurko. If it were anyone else, I don't think that jurko would have called him out like that, but harry is a different beast. Ever since mac left jurko has seemed like more of jagoff. |

On the surface, I would agree it's great fodder. But the outcome was bad. For some reason, becuse he was "concussed" that makes it harder for me to laugh at. He is all better now, perhaps, but should there be some "signal" from the wounded that it's fair game to go after. The guy rules are vauge on this matter, I just checked I got the vibe that it wasn't full steam ahead on the "have a great fall" yuks. |

He's not seriously injured so carry on with the yuks in my opinion. Harry has been around Jurko for quite some time now so he should know the drill. That's just good practice to talk about a incident like this. After all harry is the horse whisperer |

I'm no Jurko ALer but I give him a pass on this one. Harry has been insufferable for a couple of months and it's probably wearing on his nerves. Harry sounds like he is a little bothered by everybody making fun of him and is playing the oh I could have gotten hurt card (which I think is a p*ssy thing to do). As much as Harry and Mac would get into it, Mac protected Harry in a lot of ways. I think Jurko is annoyed by Harry and this is how it is manifesting itself. I think it's more sad, and maybe Harry realizes this, that nobody sounds like they really give a damn about him. For how nice and jovial he fancies himself there are not many friends that have been genuinely concerned about him. That would bother me and I'd want to move on. Mac may or may not have a temper, I don't know. He had issues with Harry, now Jurko has issues with Harry, maybe the problem is with Harry. |

Harry is the first one to poke fun at someone that has passed on. He fell off the horse and got a concussion. He lived. Had he ended up like Natasha Richardson - different story. But he didn't. I say game on in regards to teasing his no-talent lackey ass. |

I gathered he didn't want to do the gig and got roped into it, something Carm and Jurko managed to avoid. Forgetting that he could've gotten more hurt than he did, or the horse might've, his promotions people have just tagged him "official pud." Probably hurts more than the playful jibes. |

I have listened a bit lately, due to Sox baseball, and Jurko has been coming off as somewhat of a prick. |

Seriously though, I don't claim to understand the rapport between the three, as I am only a casual listener. Perhaps Harry is to blame, but to a new or occasional listener, Jurko sounds like an ass at times. Maybe his intent is to give the show some personality after the departure of Mac, I don't know. I only call it as I hear it. I'll defer to you regulars. |

Funny how you think they are asses but listen to B&B and I think B&B are asses but listen to the other show. I guess we like different types of ass. It's not rapport. I think it is because Jurko is annoyed with Harry. |

Jurko does not like Harry. He has had a hard time putting up with the tiny one, and without Mac, i think Harry has gotten on his nerves more and more, with his increased influence on the show. Plus, I believe that Jurko's contract is almost up. If that is correct, he may be feeling a bit resentful, as I believe that Harry's contract goes longer. Because of his support of management, I believe Harry is the one most likely to be retained too. I know the good kid has always felt Harry was detrimental to the show and I think it has just gotten harder for him to mask it lately. They really miss Mac on that show. |

I think it posted in other parts, that Jurko's contract ends in August. |

The best radio shows are the ones in which there are no limits. As for Jurko, he is in his second semester of senior year at this point. He'll do and say anything he wants. Harry being unable to ride a horse is like Lt. Daniel Caffey not liking boats. Both are hillarious. |
