I caught the tail end of the first segment today and heard Mac saying that people come and go at ESPN very often, but I didn't catch who left. Anybody of importance, or just some sales schlub? |

They were just discussing the high amount of ink on it. C&S haven't been fired....yet. |

I simply don't see any radio talent better than what they have at mid-days right now. Silvy and Carm had some pretty stellar segments with John Kruk yesterday too. They're coming on, whereas Mully / Murph seem to be imploding as of late. |

Yes Silvy and Carm did have a nice segment with Kruk, just several minutes after North had Kruk on his show. What's with the ESPN baseball guys (Kruk, Gammons) doing interviews with the competition? Seems a bit strange on both companies' parts. How many businesses would use one of their main products (in this case, the North Show) to demonstrate the knowledge/talent of the competition? And how many businesses (in this case, ESPN) would allow their employees or those under contract to help out the competition? It's becoming increasingly evident that nobody can accuse either station of being well-managed. |
