Post subject:  Jurko's Big Mouth
Don't know if you heard it, but today during the Jurko vs Harry segment (around 4:40 on Tuesdays and Thursdays), Jurko was celebratory over his 9 point lead going into Harry's turn and discussed an important medical issue regarding Harry on air that Harry had not yet disclosed to his family or friends. Harry walks into the studio just at this point and rips into Jurko a little bit, and Jurko for his part, did apologize, but seemed to try to play it off as fun where Harry wasn't having any of it. They went on with the segment and then it all reignited towards the end. Made for some nice uncomfortable radio.

I don't see what the big deal is. I don't think anybody was listening, including his family.

That's a big "oops". It's one thing to slip up and say what Harry bought his wife for her birthday. It's another thing to slip up and say "Harry has diabetes" when it's not known to the family. :shock:

I wonder if Harry meant that he hadn't told his wife and kids, or if he just meant that he hadn't told his extened family.

I agree, Spaulding. Jurko's line of "I have CTE" as a way to joke out of it was funny. Dumb ass Carmen tried to save Harry by saying "So your family didn't know you had gas?". That was weak, but he tried to throw everybody off the scent.

What's more dumb is some dumb ass ESPN 1000 intern put it up on the podcast. And that Harry didn't have the sense to tell the kid not to do that.

I walked by the studio again the other day. Jurko was looking around like he wanted to be anywhere but with that group.

On the rare occasion that I turn that show on he seems totally disconnected. I agree with you completely.
