The boy's are out in Woodridge at the BW3'S on Friday and with it being a lob wedge from 7 Bridges , I'd figure I'd hit a bucket of balls and check out the show .

I'm SURE with it being in Woodridge , I'll get to meet Ryan and I'm sure Oak Park Vandy will be there now that he also is a Woodridge resident.

Grid you coming ?

Anyone else?

Well I unfortunately work until 5:30. I'll definitely try to get there by 6:00 for the last hour. Who else is going to show face?

What are these things like? How croweded is it? Do they interact with the audience at all?

I've been to a few. They're doing the show, so you don't want to bother them while they're "working". But during breaks, they are very approachable...

What were the answers to the trivia question Harry asked today? I heard Michigan and Stanford but I tuned him out like a nagging girlfriend on the others.

Ed, I'd love to come and buy you a beer or six for those tickets, but I'm going out of town Saturday and will be getting things ready. Some other time though, for sure.

Coast or Nas? Any chance?

Yea, I thought you were close to this location. I'll be there at about 6 and will stay for a couple hours. I've been to two or three remotes where I have just missed Coast. Mac always tells me "Coast was sitting right there." Coast are you real or make believe? :D

how do you guys feel about picking a joint downtown on November 26th for the Bears/Pats game if it remains at noon?

Author:  MUScholar21 [ Wed Nov 01, 2006 12:48 pm ]
Post subject:

If it stays at noon, I could do that I think. I can all but guarantee it won't be a noon game though

Yes, I'd be for it. Now I don't want to get ripped on here, but I'll ask. Are our significant others allowed or is this a strictly message boarders only get together. Fine either way, but I figure I'd at least throw it out there.

I would love to have Silvy there.

That one was too easy.

I think Spaulding might take offense to that....

I agree, no wives/girlfriends/husbands/boyfriends unless they post here regularly

Nas, that's like me saying that this year they win no matter where I watch the game.....

Mus, you are probably right....i think the NFL has the right to move that game, but it was left unprotected by the Networks.

I just really think it would be best that the Bears are away for all of our commuting needs....the following they play the Vikes but at home. After that it's St. Louis on Monday....

yeah....boarders, listeners, and friends, of boarders only.

Alright, let's pick a place. We could do ESPN Zone, but I personally think that place is overrated. I'd like to go to more of a "Bears" bar so I can watch all of you and your brethren go nuts.

I have always had a problem with breaking down the walls of anonymity offered by a message board. I was thinking about heading over to Buffalo Wild Wings for one of Drinky's appearances.

right Frank, Paul...

Players is cool. I could probably get us a reserved area at Northside.
The 90/94 area is fine by me too. I really don't care as long as the t.v.'s are big and I don't have to drive to Oswego.

So long as there are open seats and cold beer, I'd be fine

yeah....well....there's parking at the City spots i listed, but you'd just have to look for it.

Otherwise a suburban place may be better......

keep posting thoughts so we can narrow this down before Thanksgiving.

Grizzly's on Lincoln has good food and lots of TVs. It's not really close to the expressway though.

it's only 2.5 miles east of the expressway....

right Frank,

correctamundo doug, but that was at first. as the beer continued to flow, i dont remember what the hell we were chattin about. probably the cubs, because i think that was the day neifi had that wonderfully hilarious double error allowing the braves to win late.
