As circumstances have made me a ESPN guy for now, I have notice that the WSCr shows have a crisper sound, closer to my Car Phone v The ESPN audio always sounds muffled and all the guests sound similar due to very little contrast in the sound clarity?

Anyone else?

I can tell you for sure that the broadcast signal changes at night from a spherical shape to an oblong shape that goes more North-South... makes it so you really can't pick up ESPN farther west than Aurora. You can get the signal but it cuts in and out.

A gun to the head would sound better than AM 1000.

the only time I can get ESPN 1000 is on tune in radio. Their signal indeed does not penetrate west of Aurora.
