The Top 10 showing by WMVP-AM is the first time in a long while that the syndicated "Mike & Mike" morning show was able to beat the live & local "Mully & Hanley Show" on WSCR-AM. WMVP jumped from nineteenth place last ratings period to ninth place this ratings period Mully is decent, Hanley is the worst radio host to ever speak on the radio. |

I like Hanley but I have not listened to any morning sportsradio since they canned North. |

As far as I can tell its like this... Neither are real sharp outside of their sport of expertise. Neither are well spoken. The one good thing is Mully has some good stories...actually seems like he has a lot of interesting stories. Usually Hanely interjects a lame joke, sans any wit or timing, or a way less interesting story of his own. For instance: Last week they were talking about the hair company that offered Favre 1 million $ to be the spokesman for hair dye or whatever. Mully commented that they first offered the money to Anderson Cooper and Cooper is a Vandy grad. Hanley checks in with : I think the Bears are gonna draft him. Thats what I heard. /\ Thats a decent, if obvious reference. But the delivery and wording were just terrible. "The Bears have scouts at CNN right now" "Jerry Angelo is looking at him in the 3rd round" "There's a reporter that shouldnt be around naked men" Anything but the direct unfunny way he said it would have been better. |

I believe you are correct Mike and Mike is such a bad show now. Back in the early half of the 2000's I thought the show was great but imo started going downhill since they got on TV. Greeny doing NFL play by play was also one of the worst things ever. |

They are both pretty bad. The whole broadcast is littered with stuttering, bad jokes, talking over each other and just a like of cohesiveness. It really is a tough listen, especially in the morning. I guess I'm alone in thinking that Mully is the worse of the two. Both are bad, don't get me wrong, but I just can't stand him. So many cliches and so many failed attempts at humor. I do agree that they both know nothing about sports outside of football which isn't all that bad because of the time of year but for the other 6-8 months it is pretty bad. |

Too often when I listen, Hanley makes factually wrong statements/comments, and Mulligan is just too damn loud. Both laugh at everything. On the plus side, they do stick to sports and don't tell you where they eat last night. |

I hadn't listened to M & H in ages, so for the hell of it I put them on this morning. I turned it off in ten minutes. They're not so much bad as they are boring. Just ten minutes of blah, blah, blah, bad jokes and puns, and laughing at everything said. No thanks. |

It wasn't really funny at all, and on top of it he essentially explained it....if you have to explain your jokes they aren't funny |

I know we arent going to get Rhodes Scholars on the radio, but can we at least get some witty people? |

Mully and hanley have kind of turned into a local version of a mike and mike show. Predictable, unfunny, forced, and believed to be more important than they actually are |

Golic is so useless how does he even have the job he does? all he does is parrot everything Greenberg says, and he purposely talks fast to try to keep up with Greenberg and make himself look savvy the reality is, Golic is the fat kid in high school that couldnt talk good and got C's in English |

There is absolutely no reason to listen or watch these cock-gobbling jags. Them beating anyone in ratings is a direct shot at their competition, Michael and Brian should fall on a sword (while yelling and talking over eachother). Bernstein wishes he had the ass-kissing skill to become the next Greenberg. |
