Post subject:  No Big Words Allowed

So I listened during a break in M&H and they had some ESPN guy on, I think Jeremy Schaap. He let out a little secret....management tells them not to use any "big words" on the air...they don't want to "challenge" the listeners. Greenie didn't deny it and said their listeners don't like big words anyway......

If that's the kind of radio you like......go for it.

I suspect this was regarding Jayson Stark's use of the phrase "the end is nigh." I think he was talking about Jeter. Greenberg was laughing about it. Golic was talking about nu-country. Yawn.
