What's your before the first pitch of the spring is thrown prediction?
I can see them winning anywhere from 75-85 games depending on bounceback seasons from Ramirez, Pena doing well, Zambrano getting back into form and steadiness at the end of the rotation.
IF and thats a humongous IF things fall into place they can compete in a weak butt division.
They definitely should win more games than last year as they should be a better team.
6 days from now we'll go thru the same b.s. hype from cubs brass about how this team has 'a chance'. Most of us cub fans on the board see thru this shit, but there's the 99% other blind cub fans who buy this every year. sigh................
I didn't even realize Kerry Wood was back. Why do we still have those bums Rameriz and Z? I thought it was back the truck up and rebuild? No? I guess the new owners already know how to bleed cubdom with familiar faces who won't account to any kind of World Series Championship.
