Ranked #10 with Quad core of OF's and Baez, but still no real pitching to speak of, at least of top 3 starter quality.

Cool.

Hopefully it translates into championships.

I'm sure they are gonna focus almost solely on pitching (starting pitching) in the next couple drafts. Of course, 3rd base is a position of need with Vitters anything but certain......and the Catching situation ( I hope Wellington Castillo is the real deal) is a little shaky.....but pitching has to be the priority.

That should be good enough for a first round matchup with the Royals in the Farm System World Series.

The Royals don't need a farm system when they have this.

I guess that's why they stocked up on starters at the ML level. So in case of injury, who can be called up? Chris Rusin and that's it?

Bingo-thats why last season, after they traded Dempster and Maholm, they had to use crap like Volstad and Germano in the rotation. This year the depth will be a bit better, but the top of overall quality will still be poor. Gotta develop quality arms.

They may lose 100 games again, but they've made specific intangible adjustments in Iowa and Tennessee.

 ah look at all the Sox fans taking joy in bashing the Cubs prospect talk. Must make them forget about their collapse last year. Thank goodness there is no reason to worry about the Tigers again this coming season.

We are mocking bigfan. This has nothing to do with the Sox, Tigers, or Theo's plan. This is all about making fun of bigfan.

If the White Sox collapsed last year what did the Cubs do?

They played Purdue ball.
