at the very least, recognize that asking a municipality to shut down a street 81+ times per year (no Cubs fans, + doesn't mean playoffs, it means concerts) and to expand hours of operation isn't just asking to let them operate their business

great for the baseball-ops side. Unless you're supposing that they'll somehow have all these outdoor concerts in November and March? or that knowing how to play the dead spots from scaffolds, stampedes, and piss will become as much a part of home field as adjusting to how the wind blows?
