I think Sappelt should take a trip to AAA when DeJesus comes back, which could be today. Gillespie has played some great defense.

Sveum says it was a scheduled day off for Soriano. Unlikely given he has crushed Kennedy during his career. Could he be on his way out of town?

What is to be gained by trading Nate? I don't think your getting viable prospects in return and is this guy going to be ancient by time the Cubs are good? I think he's 29. I'm just saying he is helping your team now and if you can't get much back for him,just hold on.
