Amusing thread, but out of respect for the OP I'll give the real reason: Wrigley, like a BIG office building cannot be shut down by the health department. A given stand could be closed if vermin was proved, but it's location simply being moved would reopen it the next day, so why bother? :wink: (not to mention that the City would fire the the head of department if he dared fuck with the Cubs)
