That strike thing didnt help and as happens to many teams....FA creeeps in...Wilbur was the first to leave....the QB issue was an issue as well

I'll wait for ken to join me in the long form defense of ditka but if you don't think the organizational transformation he brought to the Bears was not amazing, then you have not paid attention to bear history
