I'm pretty sure there's no problem with using the Cubs logo if it's in a photograph, or is this just an effort to marginalize the Not Sox?

No. They can show the Sox logo for regular game photos unlike Cubs photos. I was just at the Score web site. There is a picture of Danks with his Sox logo on the uniform.

Score is the Sox flag ship station. This is just WGN/Tribune Company sticking it to the Score.

Hey, why is the Sun-Times allowed to show pictures of the Cubs with their logos?

This has to do with WGN threatening a lawsuit over them making fun of Ron Santo.
