Hamilton is the kind of guy you might add in previous years in a deal AFTER the trading deadline, where he had to pass through waivers at the end of August. Then you play him a bit in September and have him on the playoff roster just to pinch run. He is a one tool player. Speed is really all he's got.

I believe I saw a stat somewhere that noted Kris Byrant's home to 1st time was nearly as fast as Hamilton's. This guy(Hamilton) just isn't that good folks. Also Bryant is sneaky fast.

ya he's having a bad year because he's in the AL and KC doens't know how to use him. They got him batting 8th or 9th the games he plays.

Bring him back in the NL leading off and he's be back to being a really good player for a team like the cubs.
