I heard Jesse Rogers on with Kap during the last Cubs Sox series. He was defending Russell saying he is only dofferent now because of what he went through off the field.

Unbelievable. It really doesn't matter, because he still sucks on the field and what he went through off of field was his own doing.

I thought that his performance on the field last year earned him a non-tender. His performance on the field this year also earns him one, but they seem to be afraid of not having a true backup SS.

When ur a competitive athlete, u believe u can get it done. It takes experience to learn how hard a ball needs to be hit in order to have a chance at home. He is not a natural 2B. Now he knows.

Anyway, it's not the only reason they lost the game. They could go to extra innings tied and still could lose.

It's like saying if the Titans got one more yard they woulda won. No. They woulda just went to OT.

I was expecting an SJW article but instead I read an actually good baseball article. Everything he said about the boneheaded play was correct.

Rondon made an equally dumb play for the Sox a week or so ago going home when he should've gotten the out.
