Stupid on his part, but its basically just pushing guys up in the rotation. The ump was in the wrong there big time.

I guess that's a fair punishment given the average method of discipline from mlb, but that is interesting that they admittedly found fault with the ump's behavior that occured prior to Z's incident, and that still didn't have any bearing on mlb's course of disciplinary action

The punishment appears to be much ado about nothing. People can bitch about Z all they want (and he did flip out, no doubt), but it amounts to no substantive punishment. Big deal.
