1st and 3rd 0 outs Theriot goes up 3 and 0 on Russ Ortiz .....

and strikes out on the next 3 pitches.

Lefty comes in and gets Fukudome to strike out.

And then Lee grounds out....

God this team blows in the clutch I am so tired of watching them get shut down by mediocre pitching

The Theriot at bat was brutal. Up 3-0, then you strike out on ball 4 at your head. The worse part was on strike 3, he was taking a huge uppercut at a ball at his head. He really needs to go back to hitting to right field and quit trying to hit homers. Its time for Lou to put a foot in his ass and tell him to go back to right.

And another decent pitching peformance is getting wasted by this craptastic offense. Hopefully Latroy will come in and blow this game for the Astros.

I am really glad to see Aaron Miles and his .250 OBP come up to lead off the 8th instead of Jake Fox who was hitting .400 with the big club. Remind me again why Miles is on this roster?

Well at least Captain Sleepy woke up to hit that shot off LaTroy. Thank God Hawkins sucks. Now we have to count on the bullpen....

Good thing Lou brought in Miles, 2 at bats, 2 weak groundouts. Any time they want to release him is fine with me.

The foul ball fly out is the most disappointing out in baseball.

Nothing like a road trip against the Braves, Reds, and Astros and only coming away with a .500 record.

Fucking Blum again? The guy is dogfood, but we make him out to be a king two days in a row.
Hit the fucking ball guys. It's not THAT damned hard.

Way to really put the boots to Russ Ortiz who just found out he was pitching yesterday and was in the bullpen up until that point. God this offense is brutal.

Well we can thank Hendry for this pile of shit. Anytime you have Koyie Hill, Blanco, Hoff, and Fontenot in your starting lineup your in trouble. Lou brings in Miles, and he give us 2 worthless at bats. Theriot had a ton of strikeouts, I thought I was watching Soriano. Quit trying to hit homers, and put the ball in play.

Blum loves to hit in extra innings in that park.

This comment, and your previous one on Miles provves to me you are on your A game. It's really sad how much damage Hendry has done to the roster.

One f-ing run. Yet another pitching gem wasted. This is getting quite tedious.

It's nice how we don't have to waste time typing game descriptions everyday. We can just repeat the above.

I'd pay to see Blum shot out of a cannon into a brick wall.
