To be honest, if I had $5M, I would probably keep it for myself. I could retire on that money -- doesn't make a lot of sense for me to give it to a baseball player... what would he do for me? Maybe I could make him clean my house, but there are some polish ladies around here that will do it for much cheaper and probably do a better job.

what does coco crisp bring to the table? hes just another guy who cant get on base. dont the cubs have that guy already?

Actually NO. Thats one of the problems, guys getting on.

They need another top of the order guy who should be playing second and some power in RF.

These are the 2 major holes that exist.

I have this feeling that Hendry really likes Jeff Baker to come back and they will look for a CF and Move Fuku back to RF because it is the cheaper option than leaving Fukudome in CF and getting a power hitting RF, which is the right thing to do.
