Interesting that they gave the error to (Mis)Happ. Even though Schwarber was closer, the center fielder takes precedence and Happ had called for it (as did Schwarber).

I just don't understand these pitchers. You get Schwarber down 0-2 and then you groove a lollipop right down the middle and he drives it for a double. Dumb.

Bryant had a great game 4-5, 2hrs, triple, single, 4rbi. He's been trending down. Good to see him carry the offense once again.

Yeah, Pat almost sounded disappointed he hit the homer and not a double to complete the cycle. Was surprised to hear that even after today's monster game, he has only 38 RBI.

I too was surprised about the RBI total. I'm going to have to blame the lack of a consistent leadoff hitter more than anything. Also, Bryant should be hitting 3rd or 4th.

I just turned the game on and in 5 minutes it went from 2-1 Cubs to 4-2 Pirates. Rocket after rocket.

And Cubs go down weakly.
