Theo deserves a shitload of blame. The fact that the farm system is not producing even decent results is the most glaring, but his free agent signings have been terrible overall, even going back to his days in Boston.

It's put up or shut up time for Theo. And the great Jason McLeod should have been canned too. Who will be the next hire to oversee the farm system? That is crucial.

The Astros/Dodgers farm systems have to be studied and replicated.

As for manager, I'd like to see Girardi hired. He's tested, has produced results, is good with young talent, and his style is intense. Joe got us the WS ring, but to much "it's all good all the time" BS. Girardi will call guys out. Ross and Loretta deserve an interview too, but I like Girardi.

Girardi is too old. They will go with a younger coach.

Theo has said the allocation of resources and over valuing of certain players is on him. He’s said that multiple times.

What more do you want?

They want the manager to be an extension of the front office. Not a true separate entity.

Ricketts needs to tell Theo and Jed it's playoffs next season, or you 2 are gone as well. You essentially missed the playoffs the last 2 years, and you will be on your 3 or 4th manager. Not a great track record.
