I would have called for a sweep two weeks ago.

Eaton out of the lineup significantly damages production. Sox are starting two pitchers who are AA level talents.

Then they should have no problem against a lineup where 6 or 7 guys are AA level.

I'd give Paulie a start against the Cubs. He has real good career numbers against this, especially at Wrigley.

From what I've seen, Quintana is dealing.

88 MPH right down the pipe

Can you even imagine what Bernstein would have done with that pitch?

Pinch hitting for Quintana with the one guy on the team who is a worse hitter. Nice.

I don't think so. Danks is not a big league hitter.

Barney is absolutely brutal with a bat in his hands.

And who the hell names their kid Darwin?

Barney is like Danks, but with zero power.

And a slick fielding middle infielder rather than an overrated centerfielder. And Danks doesn't have much real power himself.

Barney had the one good year where he was over .300 most of the year before ending at .270 or so, but last year and this year, he has been a total joke with the bat.

Bring up Alcantara already and DFA Barney.

Robin is terrible. Team has been having trouble scoring runs lately, so let's pinch run for the biggest slugger (even bigger than the almighty rizzo) in the game. Dumb.

Should be 2-1 Sox anyway.

He's already burned two guys off his bench.

Wow c'mon umps. Get a fucking call right the 1st time. Castro was safe.

Geez what's the point of replay if you're going to reaffirm wrong calls. Awesome!

Not really. If he did, what the fuck did Quintana do? It's hard to score in the conditions tonight. You knew this was going to be low scoring before it began. Dunn hit a ball that would have been on Waveland with no wind. This game is going to hinge on a mistake. Dunn's failure to score on the wild pitch. Quintana allowing a double by a pitcher. Or a Cub error. It isn't 1997 anymore. This is baseball.

Shark pitched better, without dispute, since he pitched more innings. JORR logic.
