Considering we're discussing a 300+ game sample between the two pitchers with both men "supported" by the same basic lineups I think it's much more reasonable to believe that there is a relationship between the relatively low number of runs allowed by bofh Quintana and his opponents in those games than to think that Quintana is just incredibly unlucky.
