I don't feel the dread like old cubs teams for some reason. I feel like shit but not like the end of the world has come. Against the Giants I did if they lost because it would have been an immense choke.

Has anyone had the radio on while the TV is on? The radio (both 670 and 1000) are WAAY ahead of FS1.

I had the radio on in the kitchen while the game was on in the living room and the radio broadcast was several batters ahead of the TV broadcast. Is that unusual? I don't recall such a disparity between the two for the broadcast of any sport.

Maybe they actually caught that last home run then. Commercials are more important though. Gotta pay the bills.

AFter 2003 game 7, I still wore my Cubs hat the next day. Big mistake. People pointing at me laughing on the streets, snickering behind my back, and looking at me like I was a fool.

I don't know if it will get as more depressing as that, which ranks as the #2 low moment in my cubs life.
