Several years. How many years have the Brewers had a team?

We have 44 more years to ties the Cubs for World Series since 1908 I believe. Getting close to the last time the Bears won the Super Bowl.

No worries Hawg, just think how many years you will get to see 2 more games each season!

Sometimes its only one.

The White Sox have won a home playoff game more recently than the Packers have.

The White Sox have won a home playoff game more recently than the Packers have.

And how many years prior to that playoff win did the Bears beat the Packers again?

There is not a single bright spot on this team’s offense.

I love it. Now the Cubs will be buyers, chasing fools gold, rather than sellers at the deadline.

Michael Kopech is going to look great in blue pinstripes!

Garrett Crochet and Luis Robert are going to look great on a winning team after the trade deadline.

The great Garret Crotchet, who could only throw 2 innings yesterday. Definetly worthy of an all star selection

credit to cliff floyd on marquee. agreed with his escalating criticism (from mid-may to last week) of the cubs hitting/batting approach. i mean, we saw much of this year, last year. it's nothing new. terrible situational hitting, hideously poor hitting with risp.

cliff went on mlb network the other day and told the nation that the cubs are contenders, not pretenders. why argue with yourself, cliff?

the 4th inning of game #2, in a nutshell. 1st and 3rd, no one out. no runs. i bet 1 run would have helped, the cubs lost 5-4.

Correct. He doesn't care enough about baseball. Baseball players(as opposed to glove wearers, throwers, and swingers) don't have the vast amount of brain farts Roberts has.

edmonds was playing to his people, that's fine.

cub/morel fans upset at edmonds? are they upset at cliff floyd? cliff has said some things about morel that sting more than what edmonds said.

my opinion is that ross handled morel correctly. morel goes 2 weeks trying to jerk everything 512 feet and does nothing to help the club in the process, he's going to sit for 2-3 games. lesson learned, he wants to play. comes back, goes up the middle/right field for a few games, gets his timing back, smacks a few HRs, gets right back into bad habits. rinse, repeat.

maybe counsell is hoping that morel has a meeting in the mirror with himself. no interpreter needed. i thought morel would be better all around this year. wrong. wrong. he's still at age 18 mentally, believes he'll hit 83 HRs a season.

cubs vs. pfaadt today...just another chance for the unfocused bats to make an average starter look like a cy young award candidate. the law of averages tells us the cubs will bang out 12 hits and score 7 runs today.

going to watch imanaga's mph today - got to be around 93 mph, for at least, the first 2 times through the order.
