Another series victory. It would be easy for some to focus on the Brewers catching the Cubs to finish even for the 162 game season. But they had to sweep to the Cardinals and the Tigers to manage that, so it had a lot more to do with the outstanding finish they had, than any kind of collapse on the part of the Cubs. They took 2 of 3 from the Reds, then the Diamondbacks, then the White Sox, split with the Pirates, and took 2 of 3 again with the Cardinals. Not one series loss in the last 5 series'.
