Yea...enough of the curveball. I don't see a lot of 1,2,3's in his future.

One of those is going to the backstop if he doesn't stop throwing it.

Nice pitch. How about a low slider there? Game 2 and they're pissing me off.

Is there a reason Veras is still out there? All part of the 100+ loss plan?

I hope Castro was watching that 3-0 pitch. He is probably already on his way to the club though.

Renteria wants to give him a chance to notch a loss to go with his blown save.

Nothing like a nice 32 pitch inning.

I don't understand why he is even on the team. I was confident in Strop holding it down.

Let's walk in the winning run, that would be a nice ending

Would you understand someone being both a Nets and Knicks fan? Or is that worse because they are in the same conference and division?

I see it as...there is only one championship to win every year. You can't truly be an equal fan of two teams because of this. You can't want both teams to win it. And if you're of the mind "well, if either team wins it it would be cool!" then I'd argue you're not a true fan of either.

My Vikings / Bears interest is a lot more simple. I'm a Vikings fan. I enjoy watching and following the Bears because they are a local team, and it makes it easier to discuss football with my friends. If the Bears do well...friends are more likely to talk Bears and I enjoy talking sports.

But Vikings vs. Bears? Vikings each and every time.

Bullshit. If the Cubs and Sox faced each other in the WS I would have been happy if either would have won. Now since the Sox already have 1 in my lifetime I would root for the Cubs if they matched up against each other in 2016.

I don't feel as bad as I would if that were Marmol blowing the save and trying to walk in the winning run.

I turned this game on in the 8th inning. They sure can make you miserable quick.

 I've been honest about my fandom since I've been here. I love both teams similar to how I love my kids. I lost a piece of myself in 2003 and 2004 and I have never been as happy to see a Chicago team win a championship than I was in 2005. I hope my son is the same way.
