Another great day for Chicago baseball yesterday, as the Cubs beat the Rockies 9-7 in Colorado to take the 3 game series there and the Whits Sux did what they do best.....lose. They got beat 7-1 by Houston. But at least they avoided getting shut out again. They are already 10 games under .500 as the Sux stand 4-14, dead last in the worst division in baseball. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Nobody gives a fuck. Worry about the Cards and Brewers.

Brewers don't have the starting pitching. Had they gotten Arrieta, Lynn or Cobb, they could have been a serious pest. The cardinals have good young pitchers, but their defense is not great. I'm not that impressed with their offense either. When you have a guy like Martinez at first, that is stupid. They should have brought Holliday back and put him at first. In the end, the Cubs will prevail in the division.

What a nice run the Chicago baseball teams are on!! The Cubs won 3-0 on Saturday, then 2-0 Sunday vs the Brewers and then beat the Rockies 3-2 yesterday!
Meanwhile, in their last 2 games, the Sux lost 5-2 Saturday and 5-4 Sunday vs the lowly Royals! :lol:

I don't think Cubs fans were really expecting the Sux to beat the Cardinals. I would have preferred the Cardinals lose. One of the few times I would rather the Sux win. But I would never be so silly as to EXPECT this 2018 Sux team to beat any team.
