This is the way it works, Whistler -
The GM makes the trades and sends the players up and down from the minors.
The manager takes those players, decides the lineup and rotation and makes game decisions.
Of course, the manager has input with the GM, but ultimately, personnel decisions belong to the GM.
What could possibly be so hard to understand?
