Less than two weeks ago, he was sitting at .357 OBP. As of right now he is mid .320's, which is still average for a leadoff hitter. The past few seasons he has been .360-.370 OBP.

He should be good for the Cubs through the season. And I believe the Cubs are planning on getting a compensatory pick when he signs elsewhere.
