First night game at The Friendly Confines....cancelled of course, how would have been the 1st to homer if not for the rainout? Then who was the 1st to officially hit the 1st homer at Wrigley?

Al Nipper on the left.

I'm still upset about that Lee Smith trade.

I was at the first official game. I cannot remember if I was cheering for the other team that night.

Without looking up, I believe...

Sandberg hit the first homer but got wiped out by rain so it ended up being Lyin Lenny Dykstra
