Jake will be allowed to go twice through the lineup, so that's 18 batters. 5 will reach base, so that's 13 outs, so that's 4 1/3 IP. 1 or 2 will score.

I don't think he pitches to Kipnis or Lindor a third time unless they're up at least 2 runs. Montgomery comes in for the 5th/6th, Edwards for the 7th.
