If it goes 7 and Kluber owns them again there's not much to say. He's just better than them if it comes to that .

Leash is 100% correct. This is exactly how I felt in 2003. Two games at home. Cubs had the ace going in one of them...

It isn't like this is the Yankees where they just expect to win championships falling out of bed in the morning. The Indians fans are going to be tighter than a snare drum. Cubs scratch a couple runs over early and NOT SO Progressive Field (hat tip to SHARK) is going to turn into a mortuary.

Pressure is absolutely on Cleveland. The Cubs were already left for dead after Saturday. They were the jimmypastas of baseball. Winning three straight games was just a pipe dream.

The Indians, however, now have the realization that if they don't close this out tomorrow night, the clock starts to tick.

I don't know that I buy that the pressure is on Cleveland ... it's either equally shared or slightly less for Cleveland in a Game 6.

Game 7, should it occur ... absolutely.

This.

The pressure is still squarely on the Cubs. They were the heavy favorites coming in, and were able to take a game in Cleveland.

If I have a baseball thought similar to Frank, maybe I'm on the wrong side of the issue.

They were down 3-1. They are no longer favored.

Pressure is on Cubs fans to understand facts. MANY of you are having an incredibly difficult time with doing so this morning.

More pressure on the Cubs than the White Sox.

Yeah, I'm sure all the Cubs players are saying "Losing the World Series isn't a big deal. We had the best record in MLB and the playoffs are a crap shoot!".

Why do you go to the crapshoot strawman so often?

Why do you go to the crapshoot strawman so often?
Why does it suddenly become a strawman in the playoffs?

You once said that every GM who makes the playoffs did an equally good job regardless of the postseason results.

I'm not explaining my position for the 20th time.

I'm not asking you to.

It just isn't a strawman to bring it up in the playoffs.

It's a strawman because I've never said the playoffs were a crapshoot.

Okay, Frankie Pancakes, please explain the facts to us.
At least explain the facts that you are qualified to explain.
Things like why maple syrup is better than "maple-flavored syrup."
Things like why wheat toast is better for you than regular toast.
Things like why a glass of prune juice keeps you more regular than a glass of orange juice.
Please stick to breakfast, please, because you don't know a God damned thing about baseball.
