Turns out, if they played at normal time (7pm), they woulda gotten the game in with no problem. It didn't rain till after 11PM.

The real problem is that they remodeled Wrigley Field, rather than build a new ballpark, with a retractable roof. had they done that, the players and fans would not have been out in the cold, rainy conditions they had to endure the past 2 games and would not already have 2 games to make up.
