Heyward is 3/24 .125 ba last 7 games. Still not convinced he won't revert to his lockup swing like he always does. Darvish stating walks are part of his game is a concern he can't or won't adjust. Edwin Jackson praised as a "innings eater" instead of a bust was priceless. HY the Cubs only had Danny Jackson 2 years and were able to unload him.

As of now, yes. If Darvish continues performing at this level....he'll win this award easily.

Soriano was overpaid, but he was a damn good player for the Cubs. He isn't even close their worst signing.

Even if Darvish is bad but is a back of the rotation starter for the rest of his deal, his is better than Bradley's simply by virture of actually being on the field.

Darvish can't locate is two seemer or slider at all. He needs to stick with the fastball, curve, change up and maybe the slider if ahead. Shit can the 2 seemer....And who ever is catching him needs to call the pitches and he shouldn't be shaking anything off that is called.
