Out of the pen dude is pumping 97 consistently and the walks are down...do you move him to more high leverage role(possible closer) or do you just let things be?

Closer of the future!

Cishek has been great closing games recently. I wouldn't fuck with that right now.

I would give him the opportunity. He has closer stuff and is commanding his pitches.....why not?

Last thing you want in a closer in high leverage situations is to start giving the other side a bunch of free base runners.

Carlos Marmol, Carl Edwards Jr, etc. Guys who have great stuff but wise hitters just sit back and wait for strikes....

Carlos Marmol was one of the most dominant relievers in the game for a couple seasons. Lou just ran the guy in to the ground and he was overused.
