I wanted LaStella gone but wow, I was as wrong as Epstoyer on this one.

And Descalso is making 800 grand a year more than LaStella.

Why did you want lastella gone? I liked the guy. Big fuckup by FO, just like DJ Lemehieu.

The problem with LaStella was that he did not have a strong enough arm to play SS/3B/OF. With Russell suspended, they needed someone who could play SS if Baez got hurt. So either LaStella or Happ had to go, and Happ had options.

Descalso's defense doesn't make up for his shit offense. I'll take a weak arm, 12 HR's and an 890 OPS.

Since LaStella liked joking with the FO, I picture him texting them daily with his numbers, and then Descalso's. I'm guessing he gives them daily/weekly reminders of their fuck up, again
