Maddon darted into the clubhouse immediately after the final out. Cameras barely caught him escaping.

I'm starting to think that he wanted to leave Chicago just as much as Theo wanted him out.

Where was Chatwood? Why couldn’t he start and at least earn some of that money? Or Alzolay? Is he hurt again? The cards ought to send Joe a few bottles of wine. Basically gift wrapped a division. I know it means nothing for the cubs, but would like a better game

Maddon has stated previously he was a Cardinal fan growing up and we know he hates MILW. And today he proved it starting Holland.
