No wonder the Cubs have such young pitching and hitting coaches, nobody with a name and with some seniority would ever wanna be part of some dumb bureaucratic bullshit.

It's amazin' to me, that everytime the Cubs take another step in failure, he always makes changes on the coaching and behind the scenes staff!

Always wants to look and act like he's doin' somethin', when really all he is doing is bullshit.
