I did love their old lineup. Coming home to Gilligan’s Island, I Dream of Jeannie, Andy Griffith, Dick Van Dyke, The Odd Couple. Throw in The Little Rascals on 32 or 44 a before Gilligan came on and that was entertainment!

I knew the entire starting lineup of the early/mid-70s A’s.

And I was 3 years old at the time. That’s how good those highlights were.

I heard the Fishing Hole start up and it was time for me to change the channel. Not a big Andy fan as a kid.


The highlights were fun and usually meant a short rain delay vs the long one which spun into the other shows.
