It was a nice win today. Good game by Demp and nice closing by Wood with some good hitting.

We need more of that and less of yesterday.

they looked good. dempster impressed me. i still dont feel real good about him as a starter, but hey, maybe he has something left in the tank.


FINALLY they were able to run all over kendall. he cant even get the ball out of his glove cleanly.

Actually one of the best typos of all time was a few years ago when Borowski was going into the tank and we were debating how patient they should be and someone posted

"They should keep him in until he starts blowing some daves"

We were wondering which Daves? Otto? Kingman? Letterman? Foley? Barry?
