My Dear Internet Friends,
Early in the year, Lee would do a head check down the third base line before every pitch. When he was hotter than a day at J.A.C.K.'s Cuddleparty he was doing that quick glance down the line.
I have noticed that he is not doing that head check any longer. Also, he seems not to be hitting that ball very well.
Has anyone else noticed that or is Evil C.R.A.Z.Y.?

After a hot start you can almost always expect a player to cool off a bit. I think he'll "get back into the swing of things" sooner rather than later. He won't revert back to last season's sub par performace.

I agree. However, I still think he has made physical changes to his approach to his at bat. That might be the cause of his recent cool-down.
There are physical changes to be sure. Not good.

I didn't catch that, but I do see that he is swinging at every pitch now. Alot of first pitch outs. He takes what he can get now and is not being selective. He needs to relax and realize he will get good pitches to hit in this lineup.
