If there was a Jumbo-tron at Wrigley, I would play it at the Shrine. Maybe when we go back to Milwaukee for the final series of the year, we can lobby Milwaukee management to play it there. After all, we Cub fans fill almost half the seats for games up there! It's short enough to play between innings too.

Eddie Vedder has one out there called "We'll Go All The Way" that is pretty good.
I haven't been able to find a recording of it that I could capture and post. I guess
he played it while he was in town last week on his solo tour. There were a few
clips of him playing it on You Tube but I think they got pulled off of there.

I liked how when Kerry Wood was asked what song he'd like to be played when he enters the game, he said "just the organ music is fine." We don't need a cheesy song we'll all regret in 10 years.

Go Cubs Go is cheesy, but at least it's organic. That Mambo #5 thing is an abomination.

Hey, I agree. "Go Cubs Go" is great. I just like the Mambo song because it's different and to me, it's fun. You're all entitled to your opinions, but there's no need to diss me about mine! I just found it on You Tube and wanted to share it because I thought it was a cool song. If you don't, then that's fine. No need to be rude! as long as The Cubbies keep winning, who cares?

Its like when you go to a wedding and there are people dancing and having a ball and there are others leaning against the wall critical of those who are on the floor having a great time.I would rather join in the party, celebrate the moment and enjoy!! The song is not great. But it's good and its fun and it celebrates what has been a special team in a special year, which makes it easy to enjoy-for me. I apprecite the fact that you bothered to post it. Don't let a couple wet blankets get to you.
