Reliable source tells me Ricketts is in the driver seat but Klaff is finishing strong

KLAFF! Good Guy!

They own Commercial Office Buildings and back in another life I was a Commercial Broker downtown. Mind you, none of the Class A primo stuff, but a number of office buildings.

They always cut a fair deal and he always put the final approval on the deals.

They must own that stuff outright, because I was not aware he was in that stratosphere of money.
