Anybody notice this michael hoff-power (gets compliments on the hyphen)?

This kid can really hit...he's so pure ya know.
Perhaps...he could take over for D Lee...speaking of D Lee he seemed to hit into a few more douple plays than usual last year...I think Ill call him DPLee :lol:

Anyways I cant believe the board, as tuned into the Cubs and Sox as they are, havent noticed or commented on this youngbudding star

I've decided Micah Hoffpauir is the answer not only to the Cubs problems but the problems of the world.

In tomorrows press conference Obama is going to appoint him Ambassador For Everything.

He's going to travel the world and solve all the world's problems.

But still manage to show up and play for the Cubs.

Is it possible that D Lee does hit into an alarming amount of double plays
AND
Hoffpauir is kinda overrated and untested

Seems most on the board are in one camp or the other

God, how many threads can be started about this guy? We really need the season to start so we actually have something worthwhile to talk about - Good work on the use of the hyphen, RPB, but I'm obviously partial to the "dash" in my posts

The big difference between a hyphen and an em dash

Most people don't realize that there is a big difference between a hyphen and an em dash. An em dash is the long dash (the width of the capital letter M, hence the name) used to illustrate a break in a thought or idea. A hyphen is the familiar dash used to join related words or parts of words. Back in the days of the typewriter, a double hyphen was used to stand in for the em dash.
