Okay if Lou is gone after this season let's not get into a debate over whether he should go but the question is who?

Is Ryno ready?

Alan Trammel?

Bob Brenly?

Someone else?

I assume it would be Brenly. He's a proven manager and has ring. I also don't think he's tolerate the BS thats been goin on with this team

The abused Milton Bradley should be awarded player/manager status for all of the troubles he has had to endure.

Isn't it about time the dopes playing the game are the focus and not some magical wand waving baseball lifer manager?

The dopes on the field have been the focus all year

Brenly would be my choice as well, but aren't these the same type of things that was said about why Lou should be the next manager too?

True but I don't think Bob is as lenient as Lou is.
I do think Pinella is just doin the best he can with what he has. I don't think its time to cut ties with Lou just yet though unless he's gonna call it quits himself. It's been an injury riddled season and a really bad offseason from Hendry thats left this team the way it is now. 07 and 08 were really good yrs and Pinella shouldnt get canned for one bad season thats hardly his fault

If Lou comes back, that's fine with me! I think he is a proud man who truly cares about winning. If the Cubs do replace him, here are a list of names:

Jim Tracy

Jim Riggleman

Dave Duncan (Another Leo Mazzone??? maybe not)

Bob Brenly

Ryne Sandburg

Bobby Dickerson (Iowa Mgr)

Since LaRussa/Duncan powerhouse is an idiots pipe dream, I'd like to see Brenley take over if Lou is done. Is he done? Is that the case?
