As I had to request my Invoice this year, I got a bit of a nasty Email explaining to me the email was sent on Dec 4th to me?
I never got such Email and thus the tedious task of me requesting a second email sent to me was done, a bit begrudgingly I was accomodated, with the "It will take some time to do so" and a 'once again, original was sent on December 4th"
Today I got this email:
Dear Mr. Big Fan,
As your account representative I just wanted to make sure that you received your season ticket invoice for 2010. We experienced some issues when they were sent out last Friday and we resent them Wednesday. If you have not received yours please contact me.
