First I would guess some of those people are dead and most dont even live at the location where they left an address or phone.

Second, it will take 1000's of man hours to call all those people, get return calls, then get them down to Wrigley, walk them to the seats and then they so NO THANKS.

So the point is they are not looking to contact the 117K on some fictional list they bought when they bought the Cubs.
